Our seeds are hand-collected and naturally pollinated in small batches. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. While we make every effort to display the colors and shapes of our blooms accurately, natural variations will occur.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price at the time the order is confirmed. Full payment is required before goods are dispatched.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Engela Seeds and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable South African law, Engela Seeds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, our products, or the inability to use our products (including, but not limited to, gardening failures outside of the scope of our Bloom Guarantee).
